Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using the rempit33 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use rempit33's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and rempit33 as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The rempit33 platform is intended for individual use only. Use for commercial purposes, automation, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension as well as appropriate legal action.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Eligibility
To register a rempit33 account, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident or citizen eligible to use this service under the laws applicable in your place of residence. rempit33 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate bonuses, promotions, or payment systems is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. rempit33 will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately through the platform.
User Responsibilities
- Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration and verification.
- Not to use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities under Malaysian law.
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or services.
- Not distributing harmful, obscene, threatening, or discriminatory content through the platform.
- Complying with all rules and policies set by rempit33 from time to time.
- Reporting any vulnerabilities or suspicious activity detected to our support team.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the rempit33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Use of third-party payment methods without prior approval is prohibited.
Deposit
Successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible except under circumstances agreed to by rempit33. Processing times depend on the payment method selected. rempit33 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, which may be required before a request is approved. rempit33 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or other reasonable security grounds. All withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for the deposit.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. Misuse of promotions — including creating fake accounts or providing false information to obtain bonuses — is a serious breach that may result in account closure and fund freezing.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy

Rempit33 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes.
The rempit33 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. We will endeavour to minimise disruptions, but cannot guarantee a 100% technically error-free service.
Account Suspension & Closure
Rempit33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or upon instruction from relevant authorities. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any outstanding fund balance may not be returned, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

All content on the rempit33 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of rempit33 and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
